Yes. The scan and DIY report are free, with no app install or card required. You provide an email and permission for Sonder Sites to contact you about this scan. Paid cleanup and ongoing Snowball care are optional and quoted separately.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. Shopify handles its own sign-in when you open billing. App Graveyard never asks for your password or access to Shopify Admin and cannot change or uninstall anything.
What should I include in the screenshot?
Only the app names, charges, billing period and currency. Crop out payment details, addresses and unrelated information. You can also use a CSV, PDF or manual entry. Always check the suggested rows before scanning.
Can you tell which apps I am not using?
Not conclusively. We check a limited set of public storefront pages. Backend workflows and page-specific features can be invisible. Missing evidence triggers a check, not a claim that the app is unused.
Will you email my report or subscribe me?
No automatic email or mailing-list subscription is active. Your report opens here. Download it or save a PDF before closing the tab. If delivery succeeds, the Sonder Sites team receives the report privately for the follow-up you requested.
What happens if I want help?
Keep the free report and do the checks yourself, ask for a scoped one-off cleanup quote, or discuss ongoing Snowball care. We agree scope and price before paid work. No changes are made by this scan.
